Our commitment

True Path Home Buyers commits to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA conformance level on the pages of this website. We achieve accessibility through design — semantic HTML, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, clear labels on form controls, and tap targets of at least 48×48 pixels on mobile.

What we do not use

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets (the third-party scripts sometimes marketed as a one-click ADA fix). Overlays are not a substitute for accessible design; they can interfere with screen readers, fingerprint users, and have been rejected as ADA defenses by courts and the Department of Justice.

How we test

We run automated accessibility audits (axe-core) against the home page and this accessibility page in our continuous integration pipeline. We manually verify keyboard navigation and screen-reader flow before every release.
