1. Who we are

2. What personal information we collect

When you submit the offer form, we collect:

• Name, email, and phone number you provide.
• The property address you enter.
• TCPA consent record (timestamp, IP address, browser user agent, and a version-hash of the exact disclosure text you saw).
• UTM parameters from the link you clicked to reach the site.
• Progression telemetry (which form step you completed last) so we can reach back out if you bailed partway through.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your offer request.
• To comply with TCPA consent-record retention.
• For A/B test attribution so we can tell which campaigns work.

4. Categories of sources

• You directly, via the offer form.
• Your browser, which sends its IP address and user agent automatically.
• Google Ads campaign parameters attached to the link you clicked.

5. Who we share it with

• The title company or closing attorney handling your transaction, at the time we move to close.
• Infrastructure providers operating under industry-standard data-processing agreements (hosting, transactional email, operator-notification services).
• Google Analytics for aggregated A/B test attribution — configured to anonymize IP and to honor Global Privacy Control signals.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How long we retain it

• TCPA consent records: 5 years (industry best practice, in case consent is ever disputed).
• Lead records (name, address, phone, email, property details): indefinitely until you request deletion.
• Analytics records: 14 months (GA4 default).

7. Your rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you.
• Delete that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Receive a copy in a portable format.
• Opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising; this right is reserved for future changes).
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

8. How to exercise your rights

Email us at hello@truepathhomebuyers.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want us to do. We verify your identity using the contact information we already have on file for you. We respond within 45 days.

9. State-specific rights

• California residents have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
• Virginia residents have the right to appeal a decision we make on a privacy request.
• Colorado residents have the right to have their Universal Opt-Out signal (GPC) honored.

10. Cookies and tracking technologies

• Vercel Analytics: cookie-free.
• Vercel Speed Insights: cookie-free.
• Google Analytics 4: uses cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where supported.

11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing for the session and subsequent sessions from the same device.

12. Children

The offer form is intended for owners of residential property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. Material changes are dated in the "Last updated" line above and, where required, re-prompt consent.

14. Security
